Ans . Any sugar mill Co-op OR Private having Cogeneration plant working for last three years can apply for Best Cogeneration Power Plant. The Individual Applicant must have completed three seasons with present sugar mills at the time of application.
Ans: Click on registration tab and fill-in your basic information. You can use your email id with password (this can be your new password for logging on this site) and register. You can login into the portal anytime using your email id and password set while registering
Ans : After registration you can choose the award category you wish to apply. Login with your email id and password you will land up nomination form. Start filling the information.
Ans: Yes. You can save the information as draft. Whenever you wish to complete the fill-in information, by using login id and password you can change, edit, and add information until you don’t submit the same.

Ans. No, once you submit the form, you cannot modify

Ans. You have to pay the nomination fees before submission of nomination form.

Ans. Yes, you will receive confirmation email after submitting the nomination. You have to pay the nomination fees before starting the filling of the forms.

Yes, please upload attachments wherever required / asked for.

Attachments should be PDF format or JPEG / PNG images less than 3 MB (for each attachment)

Yes. You can view the submitted nominations in left side panel.

You can change your password by clicking “Forgot Your Password” link on login page. After submitting email associated with your account, you will receive password reset link. Please check your inbox or spam folder to see the email.

Yes. Cogen India Members shall get benefit of 15% on nomination fees ONLY for the award category of “Best Cogeneration Power Plant”.
The last date of nomination submission is June 25, 2022.
You can submit 4 nominations for 4 different award categories from one account. But you cannot submit multiple nominations for same category. ex. you cannot submit more than 1 nomination for DM plant category from same account.
If you are unable to find your bank in payment gateway’s netbanking option, you can make RTGS payment. Please send the payment to following account and inform us with details.
