The Nomination form should be complete in all respects.
Submission of supporting documents should be strictly ensured and must be submitted on Sugar Mill letter-head duly signed by the Managing Director & stamped with the sugar mill seal.
The Registration fees need to be compulsorily submitted along with the completed forms.
The payment will be accepted “ONLY” through the Payment Gateway.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted for further evaluation.
Last date of submission of the forms is November 20, 2021.The system shall not accept any nominations after the last date.
Any requests / complaints in the matter shall not be accepted. Therefore, all are advised to ensure submissions well in advance to avoid any inconvenience including system failures on the last day.
The Registration fee is non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions related to Password & Instructions related to software operations if any shall be communicated as a special notice on the website on receipt of the same from the developer.
Selection / Scrutiny rights are reserved with Cogeneration Association of India.

Guidelines

Nominees are requested to strictly read the following guidelines carefully before submission of their nomination forms.

The nomination forms are available online.
Select the appropriate Award Category.
For Individual Awards Category, the applicant must have completed minimum three continuous crushing seasons in the sugar mill where the candidate is working at the time of Nomination.
For Cogeneration plant category,the plant should be in operation for minimum last 3 years.
Checking personal / institutional eligibility for the Award will be the responsibility of the concerned cogen plant applicant only.
